Shipping and delivery
The products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering.
Nijel Eternal undertakes to deliver the items ordered by the Customer within the scheduled time. If the said items have not been delivered within 7 working days from the delivery date provided when ordering, and if this exceeding is not due to a case of force majeure, the customer may proceed to resolution of the sale by sending a registered letter with receipt to the following address:

The sums paid by the customer will then be fully restored to him.
Upon receipt of his order, the Customer will take care to check the compliance of the products received.
Any anomaly concerning the articles (damage, missing item compared to the order form, damaged or open package, broken, defective item ...) must imperatively be notified, the same day of reception or at the latest 3 days after receipt , at the registered office of Nijel Eternal by registered mail or by email to the address:firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any complaint made after this period will be rejected and Eternal Nijel will be released from any responsibility.
If the aforementioned conditions are met Nijel Eternal will then reimburse the defective product (s), the Customer will be able to return and then Nijel Eternal will proceed to the re-exposition of the missing product (subject to the merits of the customer's request ).
All articles offered by Nijel Eternal are subject to the legal guarantee provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. (See guaranteed paragraph in our GTC)
